Upon Entering Establishment Agreement

Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling is acceptable 4 days prior to appointment, after this period the reservation is non refundable, this includes no show appointments. 

All appointments must be booked with credit card on file and cards will be charged 96 hours prior to appointment date.

In the event of illnesses or emergency we allow one (1) reschedule within the 30 days of your initial set appointment & (1) pardon per calendar year.
For late arrivals, please communicate with us to resolve any conflict to schedules. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show. You may call or text (850) 358-8535 for communication regarding your appointments. By scheduling services for the duration ensures you and your parties quality and satisfaction of experience.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Transferring certificates to another person is acceptable only with given notice. Wellness plans are non-transferable after first redemption. All gift certificates value are good up to a year anything sold beyond the date of purchase is subjected to pay the difference in the case of prices increase.

Client Etiquette

• General Behavior: Respect and follow staff instructions. Avoid disruptive behaviors such as loud conversations or inappropriate language.
• Respect for Property: Handle property carefully and report damage.
• Safety and Security: Follow safety protocols and report suspicious/security concerns. Do not bring prohibited items, such as illegal weapons, must be unloaded or illegal substances, onto the property.
• Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect privacy and confidentiality.
• Use of Facilities: Follow guidelines, clean up, and dispose of waste properly. Clients are permitted on the property 30 minutes prior/after their scheduled appointment or event.
• Compliance and Enforcement: Non-compliance may result in warnings, restricted access, or being asked to leave.
