Client Etiquette

General Behavior:

• Please respect our staff and their instructions.
• We ask that you keep conversations calm and respectful. Let’s create a peaceful space for everyone.

Respect for Property:

• Treat all property with care. If anything gets damaged, please let us know.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

• We maintain strict confidentiality as a HIPAA-certified facility, and we ask that you do the same.

Use of Facilities:

• Please be mindful of the space. Clean up after yourself, and dispose of waste properly.
• You’re welcome to enjoy the property up to 30 minutes before or after your scheduled appointment or event.

Compliance and Enforcement:

• For the safety and comfort of all, non-compliance with these rules may lead to warnings or restricted access, and in some cases, we may need to ask you to leave.

Firearm Policy

• For safety, no firearms are allowed on the property unless carried by a properly licensed individual and notified to management upon arrival. Notification can be made discreetly via call or text. If you must bring a firearm, please leave it secured in your vehicle before entering.

Safety and Security:

• Follow our safety protocols, and report any concerns right away.
• For everyone’s safety, illegal items, unauthorized weapons (loaded or unloaded), or substances are not allowed on the property.

Booking Policy:

When making a reservation, you agree to keep a valid credit card and ID on file for booking security. The policy aims to manage appointments effectively, ID's are required by state laws. Your consent implies acceptance of these terms, ensuring optimal service. Contact for questions or concerns.

Keeping Perfect Harmony in Nullification:

Cancellation & Rescheduling is acceptable 4 days prior to appointment, after this period the reservation is non refundable, this includes no show appointments. 

All appointments must be booked with credit card on file and cards will be charged 96 hours prior to appointment date.

In the event of illnesses or emergency we allow one (1) reschedule within the 30 days of your initial set appointment & (1) pardon per calendar year.

For late arrivals, please communicate with us to resolve any conflict to schedules. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show. You may call or text (850) 358-8535 for communication regarding your appointments. By scheduling services for the duration ensures you and your party's quality and satisfaction of experience.
